U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday (3 days away from final deal) in Copenhagen still optimist. He think that Kyoto Protocol should remain in force as long as we continue the negotiations. Ideally speaking, if we can agree a comprehensive deal which can cover all the elements, that is fine.
